The staff was accommodating and genuinely friendly.
Unfortunately, my room had a strong unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was loud and barely functional, making my nights uncomfortable. it was disappointing that the hotel didn’t offer more diverse dining options. having only pizza and burgers felt quite limiting.

It’s disheartening not to have received a welcome gift or room upgrade for all the trouble. I simply can’t recommend this place. You’d think a big chain would care, but apparently not!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because the hotel is just 4 km from the beautiful Puerto de Catarroja, which is perfect for a leisurely walk. The staff was absolutely fantastic in accommodating our needs during an unexpected stay.
